Return Policy
Please read the following conditions on returning goods to Laserlight & Fasteners Pty. Ltd.
If you order incorrect goods we are happy to take them back with just a few conditions:
- Incorrectly ordered goods must be returned in original packaging which is still intact. We cannot accept any incorrectly ordered goods which have been opened or if the packaging is damaged or defaced in any way. Before opening the package please check that goods are suitable for the purpose they were purchased for. If you are not at all sure feel free to contact us on (03)9455 0622.
- When returning incorrectly ordered goods please pack them in another box so that the original packaging will not be damaged by stickers, courier handling etc.
- It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have a proof of delivery for goods returned to us. Goods that are shipped freight on or receiver to pay will be rejected at goods inwards in our warehouse, leaving the courier responsible.
- Return Authorisations are only valid for 14 days.
- All incorrectly ordered goods returned to Laserlight & fasteners Pty. Ltd. will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Returned unopened goods can only be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. If they have not been purchased within this period, then we cannot accept them back.
Faulty goods can be returned with these conditions:
- Please contact us first to ensure and confirm that the product is faulty, as we may need information from the manufacturer confirming the fault.
- As a rule we do not give credits for returns where the goods are over 6 months old from the invoice date. This is due to manufacturers restraints, not our wishes. Exceptions are made for some products where we have specific latitude given to us by the manufacturer of the product.
- If the product has been tampered with in any way, the credit will be rejected.
- All products must be sealed and secured to ensure they do not get lost in transit.
- It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges(unless otherwise agreed). It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have a proof of delivery for goods returned to us. Goods that are shipped freight on or receiver to pay will be rejected at goods inwards in our warehouse, leaving the courier responsible.
- Return Authorisations are only valid for 14 days.
- In the case of our products: Once we have received them, we will then evaluate them and contact you to advise the result.
- We are sympathetic when it comes to returns and will consider all requests for returns which do not meet these criteria on a case by case basis.
Shipping Policy
Free delivery on purchases over $1000 (inc. GST).
For purchases below $1000 a delivery charge of $30 (inc. GST) per order is applicable.
We supply and ship all our products Australia wide and overseas. Please contact us on (03)9455 0622 if you want us to ship oversea.
All orders are dispatched ASAP. We use Australia Post eParcel and various other couriers for all items. As a general guide deliveries to major cities and towns can arrive 1 or 3 business day (if ordered before 3pm) whilst it could take up to 5 days for areas.
Express Service. Call us on (03)9455 0622 if you need urgent service. Additional costs may occur.
Delivery times are indicative only and we do not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.
Deliveries can only be made where a signature to verify the delivery can be obtained. The best addresses are where someone is home between 7am and 6pm weekdays, or a business address which is open during normal business hours. Usually if delivery cannot be made, Australia Post and couriers will leave a note to make another appointment or for you to pick up that item but this cannot be taken for granted. If delivery cannot be made you will be responsible for any delivery fees incurred even though you may not receive the item, so make sure someone is available to sign.
If any item on your order is out of stock, we will contact you (by e-mail or phone) in 24 hours and give you an estimated delivery date as well as the option of waiting for your items or receiving a full refund. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Conditions of use
Conditions of Use This Agreement is a legally binding contract between the entity named on the invoice (the Customer) and Laserlight & Fasteners Pty. Ltd. (ABN 46117954677) trade as Laserlight & Fasteners Pty. Ltd.
We provide our services to you on the following terms and conditions. By visiting or placing an order at Laserlight.com.au you agree to be bound by those terms and conditions and all of our policies. We reserve the right to update or modify terms, conditions and policies at any time without prior notice to you.
COPYRIGHT and TRADEMARK NOTICES
The material on this site is protected by copyright under the laws of Australia and, through international treaties, other countries.
Unless otherwise indicated, all rights (including copyright) in all content, other material and compilations contained in, or used to create or support, this site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, video images, audio clips and navigational images are owned or controlled, and are reserved, by Laserlight & Fasteners Pty. Ltd. and its related companies, affiliates, licensors and licensees.
You must not, without our prior written permission, exploit any of our site materials for commercial purposes or other purposes that are not expressly permitted under these Terms of Use.
PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You are not authorised, without the prior, written permission of Laserlight & Fasteners Pty. Ltd., to reproduce, frame, download, store (in any medium), communicate, show or play in public, adapt, change, or create a derivative work from, that content.
No trademark (whether registered or otherwise) that is contained on this site or otherwise used by Laserlight & Fasteners Pty. Ltd. may be used without our prior, specific, written permission or that of the trade mark owner.
Please note that the permission granted to use material on the site terminates automatically if you breach any of these Terms of Use.

YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Laserlight & Fasteners Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and will keep Laserlight & Fasteners Pty. Ltd indemnified against any claim, demand, injury, damage, loss, expense, cost or liability (whether direct or indirect) made against or suffered by Laserlight & Fasteners Pty. Ltd in connection with your use of this site, your breach of these Terms of Use or your breach of any rights of third parties.
SITE CONTENTS AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Considerable care has been taken in the preparation of all materials to ensure that errors and omissions are limited. Even with the greatest care inaccuracies do occur and Laserlight & Fasteners Pty. Ltd is therefore not responsible for such errors or omissions. All information provided on this site is subject to change without notice. Photographs and graphics are used for representational purposes only and may not be the exact product or configuration as described. If a product offered by Laserlight & Fasteners Pty. Ltd itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
PRICES AND TAXES
All prices are inclusive of GST and in Australian dollars ($AUD).
We reserve the right to make adjustments to information or pricing with or without notice due to typographical errors, market fluctuations, manufacturers price changes etc that may occur at any time.
TITLE AND RISK
Title to the goods purchased on this site does not pass to you until we have received payment in full for the goods. All items purchased from Laserlight & Fasteners Pty. Ltd are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
DELIVERY, WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
All orders placed at Laserlight & Fasteners Pty. Ltd are subject to our Shipping Policy, Warranty and Returns Policy which form part of these terms and conditions.
